InfoWars.com – Former California governor and Hollywood icon Arnold Schwarzenegger called on Americans to “stop whining” Wednesday over Donald Trump’s presidential victory.
During an appearance on “Today” with Matt Lauer, the Terminator star urged the public to come together as one nation.
“Now he’s elected, and now it is very important that we all support the president, and that we all come together and we stop whining and it becomes one nation,” Schwarzenegger said. “When someone is elected, you get 100 percent behind and you help them.”
Although he opposed Trump during the election, stating in October that he would not back the Republican nominee for the “first time since I became a citizen in 1983,” the actor has said he always planned to respect the winner.
Schwarzenegger is posed to take over Trump’s show, “Celebrity Apprentice,” and say the president-elect has no plans to remain involved.
“He made it very clear that he has no interest in being involved,” Schwarzenegger said. It is now my show; I’m the host; I’m the new boss; and I’m going to run this show.”
I love the Governator’s attitude about the constant liberal whining, but I’m not so sure he will be the most effective host of The Apprentice. He’s a little to gregarious and affable, in my opionion. Trump’s appeal was his decisive directness and I’m not sure Arnold can pull it off. I hope so. I do know one thing though… The Apprentice with Arnold Schwarzenegger as host will be 1000% more entertaining than anything produced by Lebron James. Even if it is a cross between Wipeout and Plinko.
